Episode 4 ~ We Are Each Critical Threads in the Tapestry with Guest Fran Caproon

Let's embrace the importance of each one of us, even those who do not easily fit into or conform to the constructs within our school systems and work environments ... those labeled with Autism, sensitivities, "spectrum variations", ADD, ADHD, etc. Kristi speaks with Fran Caproon about the wonderful frequencies and services these souls are providing to the collective. Fran is an intuitive communicator, providing support for families and care givers of non-verbal adults and children. "I feel these dear hearts are here to assist humanity 'us' to embody the change into one of caring with more love-based choices..."

There is so much more than what is registered by our physical senses, and none of us is a "mistake". Fran adds "As you ask the questions, things change automatically." Near the end of the episode, Kristi works intuitively by phone with Jill, seeking a Perspective Reboot® after years of toxic family interactions. Kristi helped Jill with release and opening her solar plexus, leaving her feeling light and "feathery". Episode 6 ~ Animal Messages Within and Through Our Lives with Guest Lynn Andrews

We have become conditioned to believe only what our five senses tell us and that book smarts are more important than life experience. We've never been more disconnected within ourselves and to our planet. Indigenous people have long been in touch with the animal and elemental kingdoms, their messages and medicine! Lynn Andrews has dedicated over three decades on her journey as a shaman, healer, teacher, mystic and author in the study of and indoctrination to native ways.

Kristi shares "Lynn's book series "Medicine Woman" was a primer for me, giving me a sense of permission to release things holding me back and keeping me from claiming my own path." Lynn shares insights on the importance of identifying and understanding our "original power animal" can be to understanding our purpose, True Nature and path. Kristi shares a resource for understanding what the appearance of specific animals can mean in your life.

During the energy-healing segment of the show, Kristi worked with on-air caller, Ella, helping her release and repattern self-doubt surrounding "I am not good enough. I am too old. Episode 7 ~ Mind Body Emotions Connection ... Energy Healing Across Time and Space

We think of ourselves largely in physical terms. But like fashion that starts in the mind of the designer or our houses that start on the drafting table, the non-physical always precedes physical here. Our bodies are affected by our thoughts, beLIEfs and emotions. Kristi explains spiritual energy healing across distance and past/present/future. Episode 9 ~ Avoiding Spin outs and Taking Control in Life's Fast Lane

Do you ever feel like your life is out of control? Everywhere you look you find drama and struggle. Life is not easy. "Why me?" you ask. Perhaps it's a question of perspective. Are you keeping your "eye on the prize"? Or are you watching what everyone else is doing? Judging? Comparing? Basically, spinning out of control and, in the process, taking yourself out of the race.

Perhaps it's a question of perspective. Take-away viewpoints and strategies that help avoid spin outs and stay on the course of wellness and joy. Near the end of the episode, Kristi shares a mini intuitive healing session with Elizabeth to help her calm down elusive digestive tract issues.

Episode 10 ~ Releasing Fear of Dying Puts Living into Perspective with guest Mary Karman

As we let go of our fear of dying, we can truly live and thrive in this NOW! Kristi is joined by Mary Karman of Heart Light Healing. Mary had a multi-level near-death experience in 2010 which she calls her "near LOVE experience". Mary shares messages and perceptions experienced "on the other side". Join us as we discuss the love that connects us and living with the knowledge that there is more to us than this human identity we wear. Sorry for sporadic audio dips on Mary's line.

Despite invitations, there was no live caller for mini integrative mind-body-spirit-emotions healing, so I provide a Perspective Reboot® group healing segment. The overall focus was on releasing fear from lack of control (e.g., fear of ticks). Adapt this for YOUR fear.

Episode 11 ~ How Color Affects You on Many Levels ... Mind Body Spirit Emotions

Color brings a richness to our world and it also offers surprising insights for mind-body-spirit-emotions! Near the end of the episode, I worked with Theresa on her chronic neck and upper back pain. Theresa later shared a post to FB "The pain was a 9, now it's a 2." I encourage you to listen to this segment of the episode to help release shoulder, neck and jaw. Episode 12 ~ Trusting Your Path and Its Fulfillment...Focus Force Faith

In each moment, we have Creator abilities to choose our reality and to live the life we want to express. However, sometimes the 8-track of past mis-takes and choices is playing too loudly in our heads. Let's move past that. Bring your reality into focus, define it, shape it with an expanded sense of Focus Force Faith! What happens when things don't happen when YOU want? What's happening when things seem like they're not happening? I hope sharing my process can be one tool for you as well.

Near the end of the episode, Kristi shares a mini, intuitive healing session with Bonnie. Bonnie noticed a cricket-like tinnitus as she was recovering from concurrent illnesses. As Bonnie's awareness of the message with her health and lifestyle and her body realized she was getting the message, she noticed the sound had noticeably reduced.
