Energy healing is our original human-assisted healing, sometimes referred to as "laying on of hands" in religious scripts.
In every culture there are those who excelled at various activities: the hunters, the warriors, the healers ... the medicine man, the medicine woman, the shaman. I am one of these innate healers.
Our western world began to see pharmaceutical offerings as "the answer" in the 19th and 20th Centur Ies. They definitely proved their worth in resolving and controlling infectious disease but, in my opinion, the pendulum swung too far. Many people are now addicted to prescription drugs, which cause many side effects and don't actually treat the root of the diease.
In our physical world, the non-physical always comes first. We think of a product, we create a plan, we buy the materials, we build. So is true within our bodies. In most cases, there is a non-physical keystone to our disease ... often it is dis-ease.
I am able to "read" and affect the non-physical dimensions of the body to understand what the disease is trying to communicate. Once we uproot the dis-ease, the body's natural abilities can come back online and do what they do so incredibly ... heal, regenerate, grow.
I help my clients learn the language of healing, wellness and joy for their body. These sessions can be life-changing because as we become aware of our own "stories", negative self-talk, repressed trauma (which is typically held at the site of pain or disease in the physical body), we have the power to change all of these things.
Because of our innate and spiritual connection as eternal beings having a human experience here, I am able to connect with and positively affect clients in person and across any distance. I do distance sessions by phone to convey healing codes, help process emotions, do reconnective work, etc. My voice is also part of my innate healing toolbox, helping people to get to a theta brain state in which release is facilitated.
The longer I am working with my gifts, the more I learn about how things work. I essentially BE mySelf, connecting fully with Source/The Universe/God and healing others happens. I have recently read that esoteric healing is a union of unconditional love, magnetism and radiation. Add to that my telepathic and pranic (working with the chakra system) healing abilities and you can better understand why I am able to assist individuals in transmuting a myriad of physical conditions and emotional traumas.
I can affect the "ethers" (non-physical) of the body, so that is etheric healing. I also feel that there is a back and forth communication between me and the client's physical body & mind. So, as in the case of Bowen Therapy that works with connective tissues, I can affect (or cause cooperation of) the apparatus of the body. Of couse in all of this, my clients need to be open and willing to accept the assistance I am offering as well as let go of the denser energies which may be preventing healing.

Resolution of mental, emotional, spiritual issues within children is typically very quick (i.e, one to five sessions).

Most of us enter relationships carrying junk in the trunk. When our partner's behavior upsets it, that emotional response may be rooted in another time/place. Moreover, sometimes at our core we feel unloveable. Individuals who are in this energetic often self-sabotage their relationships.
I help each individual identify, release, repattern their "triggers" and then help build the more loving bridge between the partnership or marriage. At least one individual session with each person must preceed the couple's session. I cannot build the bridge without knowing where the foundation is strong, weak, deep, shallow, etc.
Many times both partners are committed and deeply in love, and yet they fear letting their guard down. They crave intimacy and yet they thwart it. I will help you reach that level of trust, communication, respect.
If your partner will not participate or is hesitant, I would still encourage you to book a private session. As you heal and become healthier and happier, it will affect the way you see and experience the world, and your relationship.

In providing a Mantra Reiki Session, I channel Reiki Energy to you for health, relaxation, healing for your highest good. I will ask you to set an intention for the session, but note that Spirit will deliver what is in Your Highest Good (things do not always clear/heal in the order we think is 'best"). There is minimal discussion before this work about your life events, childhood traumas, self-limting beLIEfs, ancestral patterns, etc. The energy is powerful and can touch you deeply.
In a Perspective Reboot® Integrative Session, we dive more deeply into unconscious beLIEfs, childhood traumas, ancestral patterns and karmic debts, clearing and healing on multiple levels. I require an Intake form which opens additional channels of insights to/through me. We communicate with each other through much of the energy session, as Spirit shares insights, guidance, visual cues, affirmations and other tools to help you "release what no longer serves your highest good."
Many people within driving distance of Southern Maine select an in-person session. Nearly everyone who comes to my home comments on how relaxed and at ease they feel. If you have the choice, the bottom line is anticipating where you may be most at ease and able to focus on yourself without distractions.
Many people do not have the option of coming to see me, yet experience wonderful healing through our distance session work. Follow your inner knowing and trust! If you're still unsure, look at both session calendars and find a session time that works for you.
There is a perception that in-person is "better". As far as the energy work is concerned, distance and perceived separation are not a factor in the effectiveness of our partnership. I say "perceived" because we are all connected. That is how I am able to interact with you energetically. As I raise your frequency to match my own (whether we are together in person or working over the phone) those things that are of a lower vibration or are not of a Love energy will come forward for release and healing
Many of my sessions are with people who are physically located far away. I have never seen their face; I do not need to see their picture. It is my abilities and our mutual consent that allow the healing partnership.
Moreover, I have had multiple In-Person Jump Start Package clients who have needed to scheule one or more sessions as a distance healing. They have been startled that their distance session has been as profound or even more so than prior in-person sessions.
Each session (whether in-person or via telephone) will flow as follows: Session starts with a communication period of checking in, your providing additional background information, and my sharing an overview of our process together. I will connect with you energetically as you lie relaxed (you may choose to sit if you are at home).
You will remain fully clothed, other than removing your shoes so I have better access to the soles of your feet. The majority of the session will involve the energy and spiritual healing resonance ... identifying, clearing, releasing and recalibrating your subtle energies. In most cases there is also a Perspective Reboot® of some type dur Ing the session(s). If there are areas of your body that are sensitive, they need not be directly touched to affect healing.

If we are in a Perspective Reboot® session, abosolutely. Moreover, I will provide you with a hand-written note (in-person sessions) or email outlining the major points and tools conveyed to help you move forward and work to integrate between sessions.
When we are here together, I do not record your session and this is not permitted (in-person or distance)unless we discuss or you select this add-on for your session my terms in advance.
Even those clients who come to me with mental confusion and a feeling of being "scattered" remember their session. The only real exception to this is when the client falls asleep; sometimes the mind needs to "get out of the way" of the healing and client briefly dozes off. My work is fully grounded in being present, here and now.
In the case of Mantra Reiki, some people do find the energy so clear that the body relaxing like it hasn't in a LONG TIME. The client may fall asleep but rest assured that this may be in your Highest Good as noted above.
Session methodology will flow accor Ding to the needs of the client and the feedback you share with me about what you're physically feeling. My work may include clearing and expanding (or contracting) energy in the layers surrounding the physical body, perception of underlying causes for the discomfort, and possible co-creation and recitation of statements of intent that are specifically suited for you.
Because of the profound shifts that most clients experience, I have called my work a Perspective Reboot® ... repair can be similar to restarting a computer to get rid of minor and major problems. Through my process, issues, memories, situations, even other people who formerly triggered negative emotions/physical pain in my clients, subsequently have less intense to no effect.
I do strongly urge clients to have at least two sessions. Even if the pain is gone, the underlying cause of the pain may not be fully explored and released in one hour. I do offer a 3-session "Jump-Start" Package to facilitate resolution of multiple concerns or conditions that affect mental, emotional, spiritual and physical levels of Self.
Nearly everyone I have provided a session to has experienced a deep sense of peace and calm. Most likely you will experience the sensation of energy healing in one or more of the following ways ... tingling, a water flowing sensation within your body, a vibration, twitching (nerve repair), goosebumps, and/or heat/coolness in areas of your body.
You may also physically feel the release of negativity when we identify and work on blocked areas. These sensations will not be unpleasant, just somewhat unaccustomed. Overall you will feel very relaxed and alive. Some people see color (with eyes closed) or have memories of a long-term situation which we need to heal. You will likely feel relaxed, more calm, and lighter following your session. You may also sleep more easily.
Some people feel nothing in their physical body. That's okay! I can tell if we are connected energetically. Some people shift after the session or in the days following our work. I ask that you release judgment of your abilities to feel our team "work". I encourage you to "be in the moment" to the greatest extent possible. Just feel what you're feeling and let it happen! It's a safe space in which to just let things go, but you have to give mind-body-spirit permission to do so.
Dur Ing sessions I sometimes get important messages for clients from Higher Self/ The Divine/ Source/ The Universe and/or the person actually connects with a memory, wound or other keystone to their healing. We will discuss what comes up for you dur Ing the session, as this is typically what is ready to be released. You may also feel what many describe as "being lighter" ... this is due to the release of excess "baggage". These sensations will not necessarily be in the area in which I am focusing the energy. Divine energy goes where and at the level you need for your highest good.

Private sessions are an hour in length, but I typically spend much more time on each Perspective Reboot® client based upon pre-session intuitive work, session notes, post-session notes to client, etc. I start working with you prior to the session, however, which is why there is a 24-hour cancellation policy.
If you have not submitted your paperwork in advance of your session, this will be done at the top of the hour. We will also review your issues and any insights which have come to me in advance of your session.
Session pricing varies by location, and PACKAGES are offered which discount the pricing. Distance Sessions are $188 for single sessions (3-session package, $465). Mantra Reiki sessions are currently $115 via Zoom and $145 in person. Session is an hour, but this time can include some time at the onset and end to clarify concerns and share information. My Perspective Reboot® process can work wonders where other treatments/modalities have failed, because the cause or "root" of dis-ease may not be physical at its origin. Thought and energy always precedes the creation of something physical in our 3D reality (e.g., house plans and creation of building materials prior to the construction of a home). I believe the same is true with our physical being.
The source of a physical problem may actually be spiritually, mentally and/or emotionally driven. The mental and emotional aspects of self affect the physical and vice versa. I have witnessed miracles in the body's restorative power once my client is balanced and not unconsciously fighting the body's incredible drive for wellness. Absolutely not! You may just be feeling a little "off" or realize that something is just holding you back from being all that you can be. We are much more than a physical body. The spirit is energy and it extends beyond the physical body in various layers which together make up the person's aura.
While most people would never buy a new car and then ignore the manufacturer's advise to do "routine, scheduled maintenance", they may have never had an energy healing session. I believe that this spiritual and energy healing can be beneficial for everyone who is living in a body :) I work in the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual layers of the person, clearing blocks in the chakras in the process.

I will hold you in a space of total unconditional love. In this space, we can heal things beyond the physical and time/space constraints have come to see as "reality". I offer release, reprogramming and healing ... it is my innate ability which flows effortlessly.
Ultimately I cannot predict this in advance, as this is a team effort and YOU are a key player! However, if you have trauma that you have held or "stuffed" since you were a young child, you have to understand that it can take a while to become aware of and rewrite old "programming". Some individuals have experienced spontaneous healing in their first session, others require multiple sessions to move beyond their pain and/or physical limitation, and a handful have said they felt/saw no changes. One of the key factors is how long your system has been out of balance and/or how long you have been resonating to frequencies/beliefs/programming that is not serving your highest and best. Another factor is whether you want to learn and are ready to apply what is shared rather than wanting a "quick fix".
I ask that you go into our relationship with a willingness to have at least two sessions. Your first session will be significant, but we can accomplish much more lasting results with each subsequent session. This work is cumulative and each session touches the client in a unique way. The decision of how many sessions is ultimately yours, however.
Realizing that your body didn't suddenly get out of balance, you can appreciate that it may take multiple sessions to regain and/or maintain balance achieved in your session or to go deeper into issues which may have been held unconsciously for many, many years. In addition, I know some physical conditions, like skin ailments and cataracts, depression, and PTSD will definitely require multiple sessions to resolve.
While close to 100 percent of my clients have had significant to life-changing changes dur Ing/after their sessions, no promises or guarantees are offered with this work.
Realize, I can only help you if you reach out, make an appointment, and show up with a willingness to truly "release that which no longer serves you". Some people get so close and then cancel at the last minute. Fear is running their lives so strongly that the thought of a new life ... even one that's going to be better is just too scary. Many people ask me if the Perspective Reboot® energy healing sessions I offer are like Reiki or like Polarity Therapy. Short answer is "yes, but better". For those who do not wish such an emotional deep-dive, I do offer Reiki Sessions, both in-person Wells, Ogunquit, Maine and across any distance.
The bandwidth of healing resonance you receive in a Perspective Reboot® session is designed or channeled for you. Realize that any modality which are franchised or based upon an attunement or training represents a specific bandwidth, and the initiant must be able to hold that bandwidth. As with all things, there are individuals who excell at things and others who do not. I am a broad spectrum, open channel; I am expanding to allow it all.
I am a Certified Usui Reiki Master, a Certified Mantra Reiki Master/Teacher, am certified in Quantum Touch® and Electromagnetic Frequency Balancing Technique®, and have been ordained as a minister. But I am not using a method or framework dictated by another. I am going to my I AM center and when I share that frequency with others and bring them to that healing resonance, my client's energy shifts to allow their healing or expansion or awakening or calm. This work may include the bandwidth of energy used in Reiki or other "healing modalities", but it is also much more.
Our work is entirely guided by Spirit, your body, the messages that come to both of us and are shared in the session, the messages I am led to share with your Body Intelligence and the intuition I receive. Every session is unique. This is profound energetic, cellular work (DNA level) which heals not only body, mind and spirit, but also works on a soul-, karmic- and ancestral-level. I want to clarify again, that I am not "single-handedly" doing the healing; I am a conduit through which the client's mind/body/spirit/emotions can be reset to the resonance of optimal healing. I hold a space in which what is not in resonance with balance and harmony can be released. I do believe I can communicate with your body/spirit on many levels which affect the clients' wellbeing on many levels. Healing is facilitated through Divine Source Energy.
However, the client's free will and ability to let go of their long-held beliefs is a critical factor in the healing. For most people instantaneous healing results are achieved through our work together. For some it means multiple sessions building trust and resonance to overcoming their issue and even their beLIEf that they cannot heal.
For others still, there may be no noticeable change ... then in a few days or weeks a major shift happens. I cannot control this. I have found that the greatest factor in success of this energy work is that the person truly be ready to "release that which no longer serves" them. Also, one need to drop any attitude of having done the work already. Healing is a process. If somethiing comes up in the session for healing, it is ready to heal more deeply.
You may say, "why wouldn't they be ready to release their junk?" The ego/mind may tell them that the unknown (even if it promises to be better) is scarier than their current suffering. Others may not have gotten to the level of self-love to be able to grant themselves happiness. I can help!

I understand it can be frustrating to know that this spiritual emotional mental high resonance energy healing would help someone, refer them, and have "the ball dropped". All you can do is suggest and be compassionate. Trust that it's okay; we each have to honor the other's path and free will.

I was ordained as a minister of The Universal Light in 2014. The Universal Light is a spiritual organization formed of others like me who are able to perform "spiritual healing". However, I ask you not to reschedule more than two times or push an original booking date out more than a month.
When you make an appointment, that time slot is held for you and an energetic healing contract is formed. I begin your energy work in advance of your arrival; I cannot help but do so. Moreover, your holding a spot prevents someone else from having that spot. Be respectful of this and let me know as soon as possible if you must cancel or reschedule (24-hour minimum). My Perspective Reboot® process can work wonders where other treatments/modalities have failed, because the cause or "root" of dis-ease may not be physical at its origin.
